Irked, angry and disappointed-yes that's exactly how I feel at this very moment. Patrick Tillman's documentary made me sad at first and left me furious by the end.
Its not just his death or the way he was killed,it is a remark made by the US army officer that causes me distress. Why don't you have a look for yourself:

After watching this outrageous video, I want to ask all the religious mothers in the world, would they be at peace if they could not bring justice to their son's death?
I want to ask all my religious fellows, hindus, jews, muslims, christians and so on..Which religion teaches injustice - something the Tillman family gad to live with?
I want each and every person reading this blog to tell me what makes us more human than the atheists of the worlds, do they not breath? Do they not feel?Do they not hurt?
Has anyone of you ever stopped to think that an "atheist" is just another human being-a creation of the very God you and I worship?
Which religion of the world teaches hostility and animosity towards your fellow human being?
Who are we to judge, who goes to heaven and hell...?
Isn't a man and God's relationship very personal?
Who are we to question someones beliefs and disbeliefs?
Here's a cartoon I'd like to show how people from different religions differ in their beliefs:
The reason I want to share this cartoon with you, to show you that every religion has its own set of beliefs which we should respect. No religion is superior to another. And none of us should forget the horrors of the holocaust- a result of discriminating on the basis of religion. Likewise, I feel if its disrespectful and ill to discriminate on the basis of belief.. it should be so in the case of disbelief too.
No, I do not want to offend any religion or it's belivers. I respect all religions and religious beliefs and non-beliefs equally.(Sincere, apologies if I did offend anyone)
For me we are all human beings first and Muslims, Christians...or Atheists second. Humans, who when ill treated will hurt and when loved will nurture.
An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind-Gandhi
Blog dedicated to a very special person who has taught me that there is more to a being than just his\her race, color, caste, religion and sexual orientation.
